Senior Level Process Engineering Professional

HydroNovation Inc., a venture backed Water Treatment technology development company located in San Francisco Bay area is searching for a Senior level Process Engineering professional to develop and optimize the Electrochemical based water treatment process for the residential and commercial applications. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in an R&D environment in ion exchange membrane related processes such as Electrodialysis and Electrodeionization. Candidates with equivalent experience in process development for other technologies such as fuel cell and batteries will also be considered.

Job description and qualifications:

• PhD/M.S in chemical engineering or related field
• 10 + years experience preferably in water treatment field
• Demonstrated success in process development of electrochemical technologies
• Ability to set up experiment using DOE methodology to optimize process variables
• Must have demonstrated ability to interpret results based on sound technical analysis
• Position requires excellent communications skills at all levels and ability to coach and mentor others in the organization
• Must be a team player in a small innovative environment
• Must have ability to resolve of complex and multi faceted problem in a fast paced environment
